Are you bored by words?
Check this: "il
mondo del Fubbs"
does not use any letter. The
world of Fubbs
is like a collection of toys with the look of the early 20th century.
There is a curtain coming down between the animations, there is gramophone
music, there is a strange being playing darts... but there's neither
a hint of the purpose of this "world" nor any information
about its creator. (Isn't it typical for a world?)
Great artwork, very Monty Python like and nice to see how untypical
Flash a Flash side can look. |

Are you bored by linear music videos?
Check this: Hoogerbrugge and Wiggle present: FLOW
- an interactive video clip.
The animator H. Hoogerbrugge from Rotterdam seems to become one of
our favourites. Last year we presented his animation series Modern
Living. This time he comes up with a music clip the user can interact
with. Again it's full of brilliant character animations, nice graphics
and bizarre surprises. |

Are you bored by the domination of English
Web sits?
Check this: Linoleum-Studio is a French Web, print, and event agency
that comes with 2 Web sites - a corporate and a creative one.
The corporate site is interesting but the creative
one
is pure eye candy. The consistency in its 50's retro style is unique.
Colours, wallpaper, images, sounds and even the contact form are pure
entertainment. Très bien! |

Are you bored by your boiled egg?
Check this: The London based Web agency Ocean
Design
presents "The
Double Yolker" .
This Flash movie reveals the last 3 minutes of an egg's life. "The
Double Yolker" is fast tempo, nice sounds and 100% Pythonesque
humour. |

Are
you bored by funny sites like ours?
Check this: Conclave
Obscurum
is perhaps the darkest site on the Web - but also one of the greatest
art works out there. The "Conclave" is a collection of illustrations
and animations combined with wonderful sounds.
Because Conclave
Obscurum
is a Russian site, we tend to call call it the Dostojevski in Web
design. |
